Mistclaw decided not to dwell on being apprenticeless,and walked outside.

Dreamcloud left the den at her leader's call. Flashclaw had just came back, he was hunting and he dropped the fresh kill he brought back, a sparrow and two mice. He joined the meeting, Dreamcloud sat next to him.

Swiftstar noticied that the whole clan had arrived,so she began,"The cats coming with me to the gathering are,Flashclaw,Mistclaw,Dreamcloud,and Stormtail.The rest of you will guard the camp.We will leave shortly."

Flashclaw was happy to be going, Dreamcloud also was pleased she'd be going with him. Dreamcloud was in love with Flashclaw, but he didn't know.
