Pheonix and Aristeal meet.

Pheonix padded alongside the a grassy area, letting out a sigh of boredom. "If only there was something exciting to do"

From afar, an onyx blue she-cat was padding through a strong grove of juniper bushes, being sure that none of the sticky and staining berries clung to her matted and slightly cleansed pelt. Oh, why did I ever leave my no fur's den? She thought. Even though the life of a loner for her was very easy, why couldn't it had been easier for her? She has known no other cats that weren't a pain in the tail yet, they just attack on command, like a dog. They must be as intelligent as some too...
Aristeal paused for a moment, lifting her snout in the air, and scented the strong reeking smell of another loner close by. With quick thought and action, she padded backwards into a Juniper bush, hiding from whatever may be on her trail.

"Oh, well" Pheonix let out another sigh and padded on, sitting down to groom himself. He had just finished when he scented another cat close by. His eyes turned to slits as he gazed off.

Oh great, another flea-bag, She thought when the sight of the strange cat came into her line of sight,. Her body grew tense when he stared in her direction, God, not good, Just look away please, nothing here to see, she whimpered in her thoughts, hoping that he didn't catch her yet.

Pheonix lightly bounded forward, the scent of the she-cat getting stronger and stronger. Another loner? He thought hopefully. If it was a Clan cat, they'd send a patrol and would surely kill him.

Aristeal quickly unsheathed her claws for a near warning sign. As the loner got closer, she finally leaped from the bushes, and clanged onto the stranger's back with both teeth and claw.

Pheonix let out a low hiss and rolled, knocking Aristeal off. "Hello, fellow loner!" He greeted rather cheerfully.

Aristeal only replied with a hiss, scratching her claws against the earth for maintaining balance. " How do you know I'm a loner? I could be a clan cat for all you know!" She spat warningly.

"Oh? A Clan cat?" Pheonix meowed mischeviously. "Well then why don't you send out for a patrol, Clan cat?"

"Who said that I needed one to finish you off?" She retorted, flicking her bushy tail from side to side.

"Because I could beat you in a matter of seconds!" Pheonix pranced around her in circles, trying to get her mad.

"Then shoot a blow, Twinkle toes," She mocked, following his movement with every twirl and turn.

"Oh, I don't think I will" Pheonix smiled. "You talk a big game, but are you really ready for a fight?"

" I've killed cats for free will, Seemingly they're a tougher bunch then you are," She scowled, thinking of what she got herself into. She lowered her haunches, and threw herself towards Pheonix.

Pheonix lightly and easily dodged the cat's attack, still prancing around her in circles. "Oh well. Care to try again, Clan cat?" He taunted.

"You make assumptions too quickly, Rogue." She sat down where she was, curling her defflufed tail around her paws softly. " I'm Aristeal." She mewed simply.

"I'm Pheonix!" he stopped a second to dip his head, but went back to prancing in circles.

Aristeal stopped Pheonix cooly by tugging on his tail for a blunt moment. " Could you please stop bouncing like a Rabbit and talk like a Tom?" She mewed, twitching her ear slightly to the enthusiasm of this cat. What's wrong with him? He's acting like a complete kitten!

"How do I know that you won't attack me?" Pheonix mewed.

Aristeal lifted her paw, sheathing her claws slowly and admitting that she wouldn't anymore, " I barely can even throw a swing at you and draw blood with these claws." She mewed, turning her paw to herself, taking a closer notice at how dull and thin her still pampered claws were.

Pheonix stopped. "Okay" he kept his gaze steady on the loner.

Aristeal sighed softly, Good, she thought, bringing her paw to the ground with a soft thud. " So.. Pheonix, Where did you come from? Or where are you going?" She laxly mewed.

Pheonix thought for a second. "I often can't remember where I came from, but I'm not here for any reason, really." He layed down softly. "Just a good place for shelter, I guess."

Aristeal lowered her ears slightly, " I guess I came here for the same reason you did.. No reason at all. You see, I'm a Kittypet. And I still should be," She lowered her head slowly, fidgeting with her paws against the dirt flooring.

"Then why are you out here?" Phoenix tilited his head in confusion.
