Hunting Patrol (Tawnyclaw, Mousetail, Whitefire)

Tawnyclaw, Mousetail and Whitefire were hunting near the Riverclan border. Tawnycalw jumped, landed on a thrush and killed it with a quick snap of the neck.

"Good catch!" Whitefire said.

((yes, I always remembered their old home and find it easier to understand then their new one, But I don't think Thunderclan shares borders with Riverclan, I thought they were with Shadowclan *The thunderpath seperated them* And Windclan *The moors where the trees ended seperated them*))

Mousetail opened her jaws to scent the prey, but since Leaf bare was on the way, the prey tried hiding in thier nests, Mousetail managed to ppounce on a mouse which was scrabbling underneath the leaves.

((windclan is directly across from Thunderclan and their borders dont touch.

Whitefire noticed a small finch about to take off from a root of a tree. He quickly pounced and killed the creature.

((Ah Of coarse! they have the stepping stones in there, OK, You can tell I haven't read first and second series in a long time, lol))
Mousetail meowed, "Nice catch." She scraped a little earth over her mouse and then she padded off to look for anything else.

Tawnyclaw and Whitefire padded over to the little clump of earth and buried their catches also.

Mousetail soon padded back with a water vole and another mouse in her jaws. "Should we head back?" She asked, her voice muffled by her fresh kill.

"I think this will be enough for now," Tawnyclaw replied. She picked up her kill and padded off towards the camp.

Whitefire grabbed his and followed.

Mousetail followed quickly, quite happy with the amount of prey they had.

Tawnyclaw and Whitefire continued padding along, the thorn tunnell in sight.

Mousetail began to wonder, if she DID get Firekit, then who would get Silverkit, Stonekit, Icekit and Frostkit?
((Wow, We JUST have enough cats to have one apprentice each with one warrior left over.))
