Forever Vanished Into the Unseen

OOC: You see, fellow EclipseClanners, since I am leaving, Diamondstar will be vanished, though to a place no cat knows. But she is not dead, just disappeared. UF, your deputy will be named leader of EclipseClan.


IC:
Autumnspark rushed into EclipseClan camp, panting. A hurried look around her confirmed something that was on her mind. A heartbeat later, the young warrior she-cat boldly marched into the leader's den, and came out immediately afterwards. A wild and unsettled light gleamed bright and furious in her eyes, which was unusual for the happy-go-lucky warrior. Then came the horrifying, shouted words.


"Diamondstar is gone!"

Rippleheart was speaking to Smokeshadow about how Snakekit had been kidnapped when the yowl of Atumnspark broke their conversation.
"Gone? What do you mean 'gone'?"

Frostbite came out beside Rippleheart, shocked. "G-gone?"

Poppykit ran outta the nursery. "I told you something bad would happen!!!" Poppykit wailed to Slattertop

Autumnspark, still panting, managed to get out a "I don't know where Diamondstar had gone, but she had left something on the ground over there. I think it means that she wants Echowhisper to--" here the young warrior nearly choked on her next words, "to be leader of EclipseClan." With that, the flame-pelted she-cat vanished into her den, tired out and head spinning in confusion and uncertainty.

Splattertop did not react to Poppykits interlude, and only padded forward to where Autumnspark had explained about the 'thing on the ground'. " A message?" he mewed softly to himself, noticing the thing Autumnspark has said was a broken down Ivy Leaf. Etched into the plant were cat claw markings, the last remaining scent of Diamondstar. He paused to what it could have meant, But kept it laying there softly. " Diamondstar's message isn't clear," he mewed out loud.
" I will leave to Moonstone, Tonight! I need to know if this was the intention of Starclan, to see if Echowhisper is truly worthy" he added, walking away towards his den to gather the burdock root needed for what he needed.

"Can I go?" Poppykit pleaded to her soon-to-be mentor. "It'll be so lonley without you"

IC:
Autumnspark put her paws against her head, eyes fluttering. What was really happening? Why would Diamondstar just go off like that, without a proper good-bye?
Perhaps she has a reason why. Maybe she was taken away, or worse, cat-napped! She bolted upright, but something stayed her. Maybe...maybe she didn't want to be leader of EclipseClan anymore. But why? Is it because of some cat? The she-cat managed to calm her beating heart, and to sit down with an anew, clear mind.
But why? Why? What's the reason she left? These questions made the young warrior doubt herself. Maybe I'm sick or something. She decided, and quickly padded over to Splattertop's den.

" No Poppykit. When your old enough, then you can." Besides, I need a warrior to go with me. His attention was raised from the Burdock root to Autumnspark's shadow. " What do you need?" he mewed laxly, turning around with precaution glistening in his eyes.

Poppykit hung her head low "Oh..." she silently walked off slowly.

Autumnspark shyly padded forward. "I...I think I'm down with s-something." She stammered, "My head is spinning and I can't seem to think straight."

" Sounds like your in shock, here," He turned to his stockade of remedies and herbs, and gently grabbed some Thyme that was next to the mint, relating that their near the same family of herbs. " Chew on these, swallow if it seems too strong for your senses," he mewed laxly, turning back to his herbs.
Finally, he had gathered some sufficient traveling herbs, fit for one strong warrior... Or weak cat in some cases. This oughta' do the trick, he thought, twitching his tail softly against the ground.

Poppykit ran up to Splattertop and jumped on his back. "What am I supposed to do while you're gone?"

Autumnspark took the thyme gratefully from the medicine cat before padding out the den, her head a little higher than when she came in. Making her way toward the dense shrubbery by the side of the camp, the young she-cat stopped, and taking a deep breath, popped the leafy perscription into her mouth. Within a few chews, the overwhelming power of the herbs took effect, and Autumnspark's eyes watered.
After some of the dose wore off, the warrior made her way back to the privacy of the warriors' den and laid down, feeling much better.



OOC: This will probably be my last post in a long time. Any one of you guys can RP my charries (except for Diamondstar) from now on.

OOC: I Bid you ADEU! And I hope you return soon in the future

IC: Splattertop tried to softly shake off Poppykit from his spotted flank, but with no luck. " I don't know what to tell you Poppykit, I'll be back tomorrow. You could help me gather burdock root then, How does that sound?" He mewed, wincing at the kit claws ruffling up his fur.

"Fine..." Poppykit grumbled, slowly stepping off Splattertop.

" Thank you, Poppykit," he mewed simply, soon digging his mouth into the travel herbs, wincing against the disgusting taste that danced in his mouth.
After the taste as well as the herbs were almost gone, his lifted his head with the remaining herbs wrapped neatly in his mouth, he padded out of his den and to the entrance of the camp.
